Enjoy the benefits of a chair-supported yoga practice as we flow through a series of poses for about 30 minutes and end with a 5-10 minute guided meditation. All poses are done seated or using our chairs to help us balance. This class will benefit those who have never done yoga before as well as those who could do it in their sleep!
