Yoga For Every Body

If you have a body, you have a yoga body! You don’t have to be flexible, wear fancy pants, or look like someone on the cover of a magazine to enjoy the benefits of a yoga practice. Flow through a series of poses for about 45 minutes with options given for a variety of levels. Bring a mat and yoga blocks or borrow ours.

All levels welcome. No registration required. No cost to attend.
